We offer flexible subscription options, including monthly and annual plans. Opting for an annual plan typically includes a discount. Details on commitment periods for specific enterprise or MSP volume agreements can be discussed with our sales team.

We believe in transparent pricing. The prices listed for each plan cover all the features mentioned. Any potential additional costs, such as for [e.g., “premium onboarding services for very complex environments” or “custom integrations”], would be clearly discussed and agreed upon beforehand. Standard setup is generally straightforward and supported by our documentation.

We accept all major forms of payment including ACH, credit card, and direct deposit.

We charge a fixed amount per device protected by CyberX. We find this to be the pricing model model is the most transparent and scalable model for our customers. 

You get access to all the same features. The main difference for our entreprise clients is the level of customer service. For our business plan you get customer service from email only. While entreprise get access to a 24/7 help desk.
